It's years into the future. Weaponry experimentation on remote islands in the Northern Atlantic ocean has created some- strange mutations- in the local wildlife. Over time, a town was built by the strange and silly creatures inhabiting them, and the isles eventually became bustling once again.
On this isle, an unusual fisherman lives working the sea of candy fish for his livin'. He may not look like much, but this seagull is smarter than he seems. A professor and trained alchemist, he enchanted a scarecrow to act as his counterpart whenever he needs. A lot of work for a pair of hands, but thumbs are a must! He sails the sea and manages a local fish store for the other residents, living the simple life with a not-so-simple solution to the restrictions of his seagull-self. I wonder what he'll catch today?
